Chateau Gutsch is one of the most famous boutique hotels in Switzerland. Castle was contracted in January 2015 to assume management responsibility after the hotel incurred substantial losses during 2014. Castle undertook a complete overhaul of all property operations and returned the hotel to profitability in five months. Chateau Gutsch is now the top yielding hotel in its marketplace.
